Affordable Housing Conciliation Agreement
The affordable housing conciliation agreement between Baltimore County and the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) was executed on March 9, 2016.

Downtown Towson District
The Downtown Towson District (PDF) overlay was adopted on November 21, 2016 for the purpose of encouraging mixed-use development, fostering improved site design, and encouraging economic vitality in Downtown Towson.
