This list is not confidential due to Maryland's Public Information Act (PIA), Title 4 of the General Provisions Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland, so some officers have asked the association name to be removed.
Register, Revise or Remove an Association
Complete the below form in its entirety. The information you provide will be used:
- To notify association presidents of:
- Community issues
- Forums to discuss development proposals within your boundaries
- Upcoming planning studies, events and input meetings
- In a geographic database. Be sure to include your boundaries or your association will not be notified of projects within your area of interest. If you are registering an organization for the first time, it could take three to six months before your contact information is added to the Department of Planning’s database due to the time required to map your organization’s boundary.
Notes: Be sure to update your contact information annually. If your information changes, submit another form with the updated information.
