Traffic Management Unit

In 1991, the Baltimore County Police Department formed the Traffic Management Unit under the Support Operations Division. The goal being to centralize the administrative duties related to traffic in Baltimore County. Currently the unit (with the exception of the Crash Team) is housed on the second floor of the North Point Precinct as part of the Operational Services Section.

The Operational Services Section is under the command of Capt. Howard Hall. Capt. Hall can be reached via email at hhall@baltimorecountymd.gov
