During Business Hours
Joy Lepola-Stewart, jstewart1@baltimorecountymd.gov, is the Director of the Public Affairs Section for the Baltimore County Police Department. The office is open from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
For details regarding media inquiries during these hours, contact the Public Affairs Section at 410-887-2210. Inquiries from the media can also be emailed to policemedia@baltimorecountymd.gov. Emails to that account are automatically forwarded to the PIO who is scheduled to be on-call after business hours.
Weekly On-Call PIO Schedule
The schedule and contact information for the on-call Police PIO is provided to media agencies each Monday via email. On-call PIOs provide information about breaking news that occurs during nights, weekends and holidays. Please post or share with your editing and reporting staff.
