Welcome to the Baltimore County, MD Purchasing and Disbursements Division web pages.The Purchasing and Disbursements Division is a member of the Office of Budget and Finance team. The County Purchasing Agent is responsible for enforcement of the County purchasing policies established in Article IX of the Baltimore County Charter and Title 2 of the Baltimore County Code (2003).
The Purchasing Division subscribes to the Code of Ethics of the National Institute of Governmental Purchasing, Inc. and is a charter member of the Maryland Public Purchasing Association. Further, the Baltimore County Code prohibits employees from accepting gifts or gratuities of any kind, at any time.

Bid Results
Bid results are now available online! For your convenience, all bid results will be posted for thirty (30) days after the bid opening date and time. If you have any additional questions regarding the solicitation or the results, please contact the buyer responsible for the bid.

Use the "All Contracts Due to expire" report to prepare for upcoming contracts. The report provides a breakdown by buyer and identifies contracts with a renewal option of one year or less.
