Callouts

Callouts are used as containers to draw attention to specific content on a page. They are often good for temporary information, new information, or for special initiatives. They are most often located at the top of a page, but in some cases may also be added to the middle of a page.

Colors and Types

The following colors and options are the only callout types that should be used.

  • Light Blue — Information alerts are light blue, and are used to highlight new programs, important upcoming events and timely information.
  • Yellow — Status alerts are yellow, and are used to indicate downtime within applications or changes in business hours.

No callouts with icons should be used, and callouts may not be stacked.
