Hunt Valley and Liberty Service Virtual Only March 31 to April 11

Due to building closures for CCBC’s spring break, the Hunt Valley and Liberty Career Centers will be closed to in-person services beginning Friday, March 31, at 4:30 p.m until Tuesday, April 11 at 9 a.m. During the closure, services at these locations will be offered virtually.

 The Eastpoint Career Center will remain open with no interruption to in-person services.

The following services will be offered at the Hunt Valley and Liberty centers with strict physical distancing:

  • Access to computers, internet, fax and copy machines
  • Job search assistance
  • Labor market information and career assessment tools
  • Career planning and guidance assistance
  • Planning for short-term skills enhancement programs
  • Planning for occupations skills training

Safety Precautions (Liberty and Hunt Valley Only)

  • Customers must undergo a temperature check prior to entering the building. Anyone displaying symptoms of COVID-19, or whose temperature exceeds 100.4 degrees will not be permitted to enter.
  • Customers must wear face masks covering the nose and mouth at all times.
  • Customers must follow strict physical distancing guidelines at all times.
  • Staff will wear personal protective equipment (PPE), including face masks and latex gloves.
  • Staff and customers must sanitize their hands before and after using computer or office equipment.

Computer Lab Safety

  • Computer lab capacity will be reduced by no less than 50 percent.
  • Computer and resource area usage is limited to a one-hour time limit per day.
  • Career Center staff will be able to assist with lab services.
