Our Small Business Action Team offers guidance, education and support, and our talent management coordinators help recruit, train and retain your team.

WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT

Baltimore County's Career Center education and training programs are designed to offer County residents—both youth and adults—an opportunity to advance their education, enhance their training skills and increase their earning potential. Help is available virtually, through our Mobile Career Center and at any of the County’s career centers. Connect to job opportunities with employers throughout the County through our Job Board, Job Club and hiring events.

Baltimore County’s Workforce program for Program Year 2024/Fiscal Year 2025 is supported by the U.S. Department of Labor funding. A total of $15,103,065.58, or 68 percent, of the Workforce Program is funded with Workforce Innovation Opportunity Act (WIOA) or other federal funds, and $7,169,417, or 32 percent, is funded by other sources.
