Workday Change Champions

To help make the transition to Workday as seamless as possible, each department has selected direct contacts to assist you anytime with questions. These contacts are known as "Change Champions."

The Role of a Change Champion

In addition to being a dedicated contact for questions, Change Champions also:

  • Promote Workday
  • Guide you through the change to Workday
  • Facilitate dialogue about Workday
  • Provide feedback to the Workday Project Team
  • Gauge the readiness of their agency to adopt Workday
  • Familiarize with the project and impact it will have on their department
  • Participate in training programs
  • Know about resources available for the project
  • Help identify agency Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) related to the project
  • Serve as role models in the adoption and use of Workday

Contact Your Department Change Champion

Depending on your department, you may have a single contact for financial questions and human resource concerns, or multiple contacts. For example, if you have a question about submitting a purchase request, you'd contact your financial (FIN) Change Champion. If you have a question about your leave time, you'd contact your HR Change Champion.

View your department in the list below to find your Change Champions.
