In July 2022, Baltimore County launched the first phase of Workday, our new Human Capital Management (HCM) and Financial system. By replacing older systems with Workday, County processes will become more efficient and employees will have more self-service options. Employees benefit from a variety of Workday features, including a modern, usable interface, enhanced workflows and a convenient mobile app.
In May 2023, Baltimore County implemented the second phase of Workday HCM—Payroll, Absence and Time Tracking (PATT).
