Concept Plan Conferences
The Concept Plan Conference (CPC) is the initial open meeting in the major development process in Baltimore County. This meeting is held online via WebEx. A concept plan submitted to and accepted for filing by Baltimore County undergoes an initial review by all appropriate county and state reviewing agencies. These agencies will provide written plan comments to the applicant at the CPC. The CPC is chaired by a Development Management Project Manager, who establishes and maintains a development file containing all official reviewing agency comments. Contact information for all community organizations registered with the Department of Planning is provided to the applicant at the CPC.
