RECORDS SEARCH
Use the records search tool to find permits, code complaints and development projects. Use the search guide to help you search for permits.
SEARCH PROPERTY FOR CODE COMPLAINTS AND VIOLATIONS
Use property search to search for the status of a specific complaint or violation using the case number or street address. Select Code Complaint located at the top of the page, then select Search Complaints.
SEARCH OPEN CODE ENFORCEMENT INVESTIGATIONS
View the complaint report for properties that are under investigation to determine if a code violation exists.
Reports are updated weekly and may be changed at any time. The inclusion of an address in these reports does not necessarily mean the property violates the Baltimore County Code; it means that a complaint was received and the property will be inspected to determine if it violates the code.
VERIFICATION REQUEST
If your request is for confirmation of Building, Electrical, Plumbing and Use and Occupancy permits, this is not a request within the parameters of the Maryland Public Information Act. It is a Verification of Information request. Be advised that there is a fee for each verification.
