RENTALS
We are able to accommodate indoor and outdoor events with the option to rent any combination of areas, or if preferred, the entire park. Contact the park office to schedule an appointment to visit our facility, or to discuss rental options, fees and availability. For information regarding the Lake Pavilion, call 410-887-1815.
OUTDOOR SPACES
Plan to have your function outdoors and enjoy one of our many areas nestled among the woods and grassy fields, each a short distance from modern restroom facilities. You may rent a single site or combine areas to meet the needs of your event. Our park staff will be delighted to assist you in identifying the sites that will best meet your needs. Please note the playground is open to the public during pavilion and picnic grove rentals.

Used throughout the summer for the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra concerts and a variety of other events, this is truly a unique feature of our park.

INDOOR SPACES
The focal point of Oregon Ridge Park, the ski lodge was originally built in 1964. The Lodge has three unique rooms that can be rented individually for parties and meetings, or together for multifaceted events.
Our most impressive rental space, the Sequoia room can be dressed up for the most formal wedding, or easily used for a company meeting, and includes:
- An enormous working brick fireplace
- High ceilings
- Large windows
- Unique atmosphere with rustic charm
Additional features:
- Adjoining partial kitchen, equipped with ice machine, refrigerator and sinks
- Dance floor
- Large, pull-down screen
- Sound system, offering standard and cordless microphones (available at an additional cost)
- Stage (for a DJ or band)
- Tables and chairs
- Variety of banquet tables
Smaller corporate meetings and gatherings fit comfortably into the Seneca Room. The following features make it extremely flexible for different events:
- Eight-foot tables and folding chairs
- Dividing accordion doors
- Large pull down screen
The Shawan Room is popularly used for:
- Breakout room for bigger meetings
- Exhibit space
- Small, group getaways
PARK HISTORY
The park has been owned and operated by the Department of Recreation and Parks since 1969. Learn more about the history of the park as an iron ore and marble mining operation.
