Baltimore Highlands Recreation Office

The Baltimore Highlands Recreation Office serves the Baltimore Highlands and Arbutus Recreation Councils and their programs.

COUNCIL MEETINGS

The Council meets on the second Monday of each month (excluding July and August) at 7:30 p.m. at the following location:
