Regulations, Guidelines and Procedures
The Department of Public Works and Transportation proposes solid waste regulations pursuant to Baltimore County Code, Article 3, Title 7, Subtitle 2. The regulations propose updates to the methodology for collection and disposal of solid waste in Baltimore County.
This includes an updated acceptable materials list, rules for resident drop-off centers, collection holidays, enforcement of containerized trash setouts, and language on organics recycling. A public hearing has been set for Wednesday, December 18, at 5:30 p.m., in the Towson Room of the Towson Branch of Baltimore County Public Library, located at 320 York Road, 21204.
