County offices are closed on Monday, October 9, for Indigenous Peoples' Day.

A permit is always required for grading/temporary stockpiles.

Required Documents

You must provide Sediment Control Plans when submitting your permit application.

Building Guidelines

A Grading/Temporary Stockpile Permit is only good for one year with no extensions. Prior to the expiration date, stockpile areas must be returned to the original grade and stabilized with permanent vegetation. Stockpiles shown on an approved sediment control plan on a valid Grading permit do not require a separate stockpile permit.
