A Foundation Only permit is always required when building a foundation. Foundation Only Permits are issued at the holder's risk. This permit does not guarantee that a building permit will be issued in the future. A separate permit is required to complete the building.

Required Documents

You must provide the following when submitting your permit application.

  • Construction Plans—Signed and sealed. 
  • Site Plans—Minimum of one inch equals 100 feet using an engineer's scale
  • Approved Development Plan
  • Data Sheets
