William R. Evans, Chief Judge
William R. Evans was appointed by the Governor of Maryland to serve as Chief Judge of the Baltimore County Orphans' Court in 2009, 2011, 2015 and 2018. He was elected to the Baltimore County Orphans' Court in 2006 and has served since then.
