William R. Evans, Chief Judge

William R. Evans was appointed by the Governor of Maryland to serve as Chief Judge of the Baltimore County Orphans' Court in 2009, 2011, 2015 and 2018. He was elected to the Baltimore County Orphans' Court in 2006 and has served since then.

  • Attorney admitted to the Maryland Bar and the U.S. District for the District of Maryland, U.S. Supreme Court

Juliet G. Fisher, Associate Judge

Associate Judge Juliet G. Fisher was appointed to the Baltimore County Orphans' Court in April 2014. She was elected to the Baltimore County Orphans' Court in 2014 and 2018.

Arthur M. Frank, Associate Judge

Associate Judge Arthur M. Frank was elected to the Baltimore County Orphans' Court from 2014 to present.
