Hearings in the Orphans’ Court have resumed. Anyone entering the courthouse will be required to wear a face mask at all times. If you believe the matter is uncontested, please contact the Register of Wills, the clerk of the court, at 410-887-6680 for more information.
If your hearing is scheduled in-person but you would prefer to attend remotely, please read the Hearing Notice (PDF) for instructions. Virtual hearings are currently being held with Webex.
If you are filing petitions or writing the Court to ask for an extension for filing paperwork in an estate, the Court will only accept original signatures.
