Calendar of Events

The Division of Purchasing and Disbursements schedules procurement outreach events to provide an opportunity for vendors to:

• Ask questions
• Gain an understanding of the purchasing process
• Learn about bid opportunities with the County
• Meet the County buyers
• Network with other vendors
• Review a list of current contracts

Procurement outreach event attendance is not required in order to participate in the Baltimore County procurement process. Outreach event notices are distributed through the weekly solicitation email notification.

PROCUREMENT CALENDAR

MDOT Application Assistance Workshops are held on the first Tuesday of each month throughout the calendar year. Occasionally, a workshop will be held twice in one day. View other meetings and events on the full calendar.
