Rapid Home Test Kits

The County will be distributing 100,000 free, rapid, at-home COVID-19 tests directly to residents, while supplies last. View the distribution dates and locations.

Make a Vaccine Appointment

If you need additional assistance, please call 311 or the COVID-19 Hotline at 410-887-3816.

If you are medically homebound and unable to travel to a vaccine clinic, please email the Department of Health at or call the COVID-19 Hotline at 410-887-3816. Someone will contact you to schedule a time to receive your vaccine in your home.

Reopening Status and Face Covering Requirements

County Executive Johnny Olszewski declared a local State of Emergency on December 27, 2021 and again, face coverings are required when indoors. Health Order.

Baltimore County officials will continue to monitor the spread of COVID-19 and determine the appropriate course of action to keep Baltimore County residents safe and minimize the spread of COVID-19.

Emergency Response Fund

The Baltimore County COVID-19 Emergency Response Fund is currently accepting applications for the Baltimore County COVID-19 Nonprofit Recovery Grants program. The Baltimore County Executive has announced $2.3 million for grants to nonprofits located in Baltimore County to assist with COVID-19 recovery. The grants are made possible with funding from the Maryland State Department of Housing and Community Development’s Maryland Recovery Now program.

All County residents are encouraged to take the proper precautions to reduce the spread of COVID-19, including regular hand-washing and social distancing as appropriate. All residents, and particularly those at high risk, should follow CDC guidance.
