Rapid Home Test Kits

The County will be distributing 100,000 free, rapid, at-home COVID-19 tests directly to residents, while supplies last. View the distribution dates and locations.

Make a Vaccine Appointment

If you need additional assistance, please call 311 or the COVID-19 Hotline at 410-887-3816.

If you are medically homebound and unable to travel to a vaccine clinic, please email the Department of Health at COVIDVax@baltimorecountymd.gov or call the COVID-19 Hotline at 410-887-3816. Someone will contact you to schedule a time to receive your vaccine in your home.

County Status

Baltimore County officials will continue to monitor the spread of COVID-19 and determine the appropriate course of action to keep Baltimore County residents safe and minimize the spread of COVID-19.

Emergency Response Fund

The COVID-19 Emergency Response Fund is now closed. The County will open up several COVID-related grant opportunities with American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds later in 2022. Additional information will be posted as it becomes available. If you would like to be notified as opportunities are posted, please contact Grants Assistant Gabby Slocum at gslocum@baltimorecountymd.gov and request to be added to our nonprofit listserv.

The American Rescue Plan provides $350 billion in emergency funding for state, local, territorial and Tribal governments. For detailed information on guidelines for use, fact sheets and other information, visit the U.S. Department of Treasury’s State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (SLFRF) page.

All County residents are encouraged to take the proper precautions to reduce the spread of COVID-19, including regular hand-washing and social distancing as appropriate. All residents, and particularly those at high risk, should follow CDC guidance.
