Reopening Status

The County is aligned with the State of Maryland's Stage Two. Find reopening and recovery guidelines on the State's website and Governor Larry Hogan's website.

As the State makes further decisions towards reopening, County Executive Johnny Olszewski and the County’s leadership team will determine the appropriate course of action to keep Baltimore County residents safe and minimize the spread of COVID-19.

Free Testing

The Baltimore County Health Officer has authority to request COVID-19 testing for residents without a healthcare provider or for those whose provider cannot order the COVID-19 test. Additionally, residents can check with their local pharmacies about testing availability.

Locations

The Baltimore County Department of Health is operating the following clinics to test patients for COVID-19. Testing will occur by appointment only on the days and times identified in the form.

Important Note: The name and birth date that you provide in the form must match the name and birth date on the identification you bring with you to your appointment.

  1. Liberty Family Resource Center

    Walk-up clinic, open Mondays. 

  2. Dundalk Health Center 
    7700 Dunmanway, Dundalk, Maryland 21222
    Walk-up clinic, open Mondays. Bilingual staff onsite.

  3. Maryland Vehicle Emissions Program (VEIP) 
    11510 Cronridge Drive, Owings Mills, Maryland 21117
    Drive-through clinic, open Wednesdays and Fridays.

  4. Maryland State Fairgrounds in Timonium ​​​​​​
    2200 York Road, Timonium, Maryland 21093
    Drive-through clinic, open Tuesdays and Thursdays.

  5. Baltimore Highlands-Lansdowne Health Center
    3902 Annapolis Road, Baltimore, Maryland 21227
    Open Mondays, walk-up clinic. Bilingual staff onsite.

Emergency Response Fund

The Baltimore County COVID-19 Emergency Response Fund will support the County’s efforts to promote public health and support residents during the COVID-19 pandemic. If you are able and want to help, contribute to the fund.

Hotline

The Baltimore County Department of Health has opened a hotline for residents to call with questions or concerns regarding COVID-19. The number is 410-887-3816.

Food Access

County Executive Olszewski and Baltimore County government are working to protect the health, safety and well-being of residents. Other Resources

All County residents are encouraged to take the proper precautions to reduce the spread of COVID-19, including regular hand-washing and social distancing as appropriate. All residents, and particularly those at high risk, should follow CDC guidance.
