Neighbors Helping Neighbors

Register for Neighbors Helping Neighbors, a program sponsored by the Baltimore County Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Management and designed to teach citizens how to get through the first 72 hours following a disaster.

Program Dates and Locations

Sessions will be held from 7 to 9 p.m. on the following dates at the specified location.

  • Every Thursday, from March 30 to April 27
    Pikesville Volunteer Fire Company
    40 East Sudbrook Lane

  • Every Wednesday, from April 5 to May 3
    Stembridge Community Center
    99 Stemmers Run Road
    Essex, Maryland 21221
