Office of the Jury Commissioner
The Office of the Jury Commissioner is responsible for providing qualified jurors to the Circuit Court for Baltimore County. Some of the office's duties include: randomized selection of jurors; mailing juror questionnaire summons; qualifying jurors; processing requests to be excused or rescheduled to a future date; providing orientation and answering juror questions; randomized panel selection.

Daily Call-in Numbers
In the event of inclement weather, please listen to WBAL radio station 1090 am for Baltimore County Public School closings and delays. If schools are closed due to weather, you need not report. If schools have 1-2 hour delayed openings, you may delay your reporting in the same manner. This message is for Tuesday, February 9, 2010. The Circuit Court of Baltimore County is closed. No jurors are to report. |

Jury Qualification Questionnaire
If you have received a summons for jury duty, please complete the jury qualification questionnaire online.
Reschedule Date of Service
If you are unable to attend Court on the date indicated on your summons, you may request a change of date one time only online. To reschedule your date of service, follow the screen prompts through this online application.
However, if your report date is less than 2 weeks (14 days) away, you will not be able to reschedule online and must call the Jury Office at 410-887-3596 for a new date. Should you need further assistance you may call the Jury Office for help.
