The Overlea-Fullerton Recreation Office serves the Overlea Fullerton Recreation Council and their programs.
Council Meetings
The Council meets on the first Wednesday of each month (excluding July and August) at 7 p.m. at the Overlea-Fullerton Community Center.

Holt Park and Center for the Arts
The park offers nature trails and a variety of art and nature programs for the family. The Holt Center was donated to Baltimore County by Lillian Holt in 1976.
