The Overlea-Fullerton Recreation Office serves the Overlea Fullerton Recreation Council and their programs. The council meets on a regular basis and all those interested are invited to attend.

Unique to the Overlea community is Holt Park, which offers a combination of nature and art programming year round in an urban setting. Programs are available for all ages as well as opportunities from dawn until dusk to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and quiet walking trails.
