Land Preservation, Parks and Recreation Plan
The Land Preservation, Parks and Recreation Plan (LPPRP) serves as the advisory master plan for the Baltimore County Department of Recreation and Parks. The LPPRP outlines the County's recreation, parks and open space policies, goals, objectives and priorities, particularly those associated with parklands and recreational facilities.
The Department of Recreation and Parks is currently developing the 2022 LPPRP, which will guide priorities for the next five years.
Adopted Land Preservation, Parks and Recreation Plan
The most recent plan, the "Baltimore County, Maryland Land Preservation, Parks and Recreation Plan," was adopted by the Baltimore County Council as a Master Plan 2020 Addendum on June 5, 2017.
