Fishing and Picnicking Hours: Year round, from sunrise to sunset.
Beach Hours: Swimming is allowed from opening day in May through Labor Day, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and when lifeguards are on duty. Lifeguard and beach hours are subject to change.


Situated on the beautiful Chesapeake Bay, the park features:

  • Kayak and stand-up paddle boards—Available to rent
  • Nature trail
  • Pavilion—Available on a first-come, first-served basis, unless already reserved.
  • Playground 
  • Restrooms—Unlocked during beach season, when staff are on duty.

Rates and Fees

Tax is included in individual rates below, which apply opening day in May through Labor Day. Credit cards are accepted and preferred. Youth groups will be charged the group rate. General admission is for all age groups excluding seniors, military, first responders and children in rear-facing car seats.
