Baltimore County is a sub-recipient of federal funds disbursed through State Highway Administration (SHA), therefore the County is required to provide Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) facilities within its public rights-of-way that comply with the ADA of 1990 and the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (Section 504). The County's Transition Plan with documentation will outline related existing County programs, policies and procedures.
