Homicide Victim, 1997
On May 27, 1997, at 1:52 p.m., Baltimore County Police responded to 2605 Yorkway, 21222 in reference to a cardiac arrest. They found 37-year-old Barbara Stenzel unresponsive on her couch. Despite life-saving efforts, Stenzel was pronounced deceased at the scene. An autopsy determined that Stenzel had died from strangulation.
Composite Sketch of Suspect
Several witnesses observed a male subject enter the victim's apartment a short time before she was discovered. A composite sketch was completed.
