Charlotte Simms

HOMICIDE VICTIM, 1994

On June 14, 1994, Baltimore County Police responded to an apartment in the 7100 block of Rolling Bend Road, 21207 in Precinct 2 Woodlawn in reference to a suspicious condition. A concerned relative had contacted police to check on the well-being of a family member who they had been unable to contact.

Upon entry to the apartment, police located 80-year-old Charlotte Simms deceased on the living room floor.

An autopsy showed that the victim had sustained trauma to her upper body.

REWARD OFFERED

Anyone with information regarding this case may be eligible for a cash reward of up to $2,000.
