Homicide Victim, 1991
On October 3, 1991, police responded to calls of shots being fired and a body in the parking lot of 9 Brubar Court, 21207. Police discovered the body of the victim, Kingsley Onwuzruike Odukwu, 28 years old, in front of the building. The investigation determined that the victim had actually been shot in the stairwell of his apartment at 13 Brubar Court after being approached by an unknown male.
