Homicide Victim, 2003
At approximately 10:38 p.m. on April 28, 2003, Baltimore County Police responded to a call for shots fired at Hillcrest Park in the 7300 block of Maury Road, 21244. Police located 28-year-old Warren Rochelle Lewis deceased near the entrance of the park. He had sustained a gunshot wound to the upper body.
A witness advised they had been out walking their dog when they heard a pop and then observed a subject lying on the ground near the park's entrance.
