On March 27, 1996, at 5:18 p.m., Baltimore County Police responded to the area of Knights Way and Queens Lace Street, 21208 in reference to a suspicious vehicle. A 1994 Lexus GS300 was observed parked in the area. The victim, 29-year-old Ronald Evans, was located deceased in the passenger seat of the vehicle. Evans had sustained several gunshot wounds to the upper body.
