HOMICIDE VICTIM, 1994
On August 18, 1994, at approximately 3 p.m., Baltimore County officers responded to 8240 Church Lane, 21244, after family members found Delroy "Tony" Daley fatally shot multiple times in the head. Family members went to Tony's apartment after he missed several days of work.
