Homicide Victim, 1999
On December 19, 1999, police responded to the 600 block of Clover Crest Road, 21030 for a call to check on a subject. There were reports that earlier that morning someone heard screaming and then a loud bang from the victim's apartment. Police made entry into the apartment and discovered 35-year-old Rodney Bryan deceased inside. Bryan had sustained several gunshot wounds to his upper body.
A neighbor in the apartment below also reported finding a bullet hole in his ceiling.
