2013 HOMICIDE VICTIM
On December 9, 2013 at approximately 6:50 p.m., Baltimore County Police responded to the area of Southern Cross Drive and Alter Street, 21201 in Precinct 4 Pikesville. They located the body of 30-year-old Ryan Evans in a vehicle. He had sustained a gunshot wound to the upper body.
Witnesses reported seeing two black male subjects standing near Evans’ vehicle. A gunshot was heard and the two males ran up Southern Cross Drive onto Parsons Road.
