June 4, 2025

At approximately 7 p.m. on June 4, an unknown suspect assaulted the victim at the location before fleeing.

JUNE 4: ROBBERY, 5900 BLOCK OF BALTIMORE NATIONAL PIKE, 21228

June 4, 2025

At approximately 3 p.m. on June 4, an unknown suspect robbed the victim with a weapon before fleeing.

JUNE 4: ROBBERY, STAR CIR & MCDONOGH RD, 21133

June 4, 2025

At approximately 4 a.m. on June 4, multiple unknown suspects robbed the victim of various property.

Under Captain Captain Shawn Hanley's leadership, the Pikesville Precinct continues to forge strong relationships with its community members, faith-based organizations and businesses.

  • 2002—Entered the Baltimore County Police Academy.
  • 2002 to 2006­—Assigned to the Garrison Precinct as a Patrol Officer.
  • 2006—Assigned to White Marsh Precinct as a Patrol Officer.
  • 2006—Promoted to Rank of Corporal and assigned to Cockeysville Precinct.
  • 2006 to 2007—Assigned to Dundalk Precinct as a Patrol Corporal.
  • 2007 to 2011—Assigned to the Criminal Investigations Division as a Burglary Corporal.
  • 2011 to 2012—Promoted to the Rank of Sergeant and assigned to the Woodlawn Precinct.
  • 2012 to 2013—Assigned to the Employment Section as a Sergeant.
  • 2013 to 2015—Assigned to the Criminal Investigations Division as a Robbery Sergeant.
  • 2015 to 2021—Assigned to the Criminal Investigations Division as a Burglary Sergeant.
  • 2021 to 2024—Promoted to Lieutenant and assigned to the Wilkens Precinct.
  • 2024—Assigned to the Woodlawn Precinct as the Acting Assistant Precinct Commander
  • 2024—Promoted to the rank of Captain and assigned to the Pikesville Precinct as the Commander.
