Vehicle Sought in Windsor Mill Fatal Hit-and-Run Crash

Detectives with the Baltimore County Crash Team are requesting help from the public in locating the driver who was involved in a hit-and-run injury crash that occurred on March 22, 2024, at approximately 11:45 p.m. on Windsor Mill Road near Pine Avenue, 21244. The vehicle, which is described as a 2006 to 2010 beige, Hyundai Sonata, fled the scene traveling westbound along Windsor Mill Road towards Rolling Road. On April 7, 2024, 52-year-old George Ness Jr. was pronounced deceased at an area hospital.  As the circumstances surrounding this incident remain under investigation, detectives with the Baltimore County Crash Team are asking anyone with information about the case to please contact 410-887-5396.
