Halethorpe Shooting Under Investigation

Detectives from the Violent Crimes Unit are actively investigating the circumstances surrounding a shooting that occurred in the 2900 block of Lakebrook Ci. On September 13, 2024, at approximately 12:15 a.m., officers from the Wilkens Precinct responded to the area for a shots fired call. Officers observed shell casings but a victim was not immediately located. Later officers were notified of a 30-year-old male who sustained multiple gunshot wounds was a walk-in at an area hospital.
