Fatal Pedestrian Crash Remains Under Investigation

On Monday, October 28, at approximately 8:30 p.m., officers responded to the area of Washington Boulevard and Rittenhouse Road in reference to a motor vehicle crash that involved a pedestrian. Through investigation, officers determined the vehicle was traveling southbound on Washington Boulevard when the collision occurred. The male pedestrian, 54-year-old David Prymerman, was pronounced deceased on the scene. This case remains under investigation by detectives assigned to the Baltimore County Police Crash Team.
