Charges Pending Following Woodlawn Shooting
Charges are pending against a 31-year-old male following a shooting that occurred at approximately 11:40 p.m., Friday, January 17. Officers responded to the 1800 block of Belmont Avenue, 21244 following reports of a shooting. Once on scene officers located the 31-year-old male with what appeared to be non-life-threatening injuries. The person was transported to an area hospital for treatment.
Detectives with the Baltimore County Police Violent Crimes Unit later determined the victim was the aggressor of the shooting. Upon his release, the victim/suspect will be charged accordingly. Among the charges pending is attempted murder.
