Arrest Made in Woodlawn Shooting

Towson, MD – Baltimore County Police have arrested 47-year-old Charles Pettus Jr. in connection with a shooting that occurred in Woodlawn on December 21. At approximately 1:10 a.m., officers from the Woodlawn Precinct responded to the 6400 block of Gilmore St., 21207 for a shots fired call for service. The victim walked into a nearby hospital suffering from one gunshot wound to the thigh and was later released. 

Pettus has since been charged with Attempted Murder and First-Degree Assault. He is currently being held without bail at the Baltimore County Detention Center.
