Detectives with the Baltimore County Violent Crimes Unit have placed a suspect under arrest following a shooting in the Dundalk area this morning. At approximately 3:05 a.m., officers responded to the 300 block of Sollers Point, 21222, in reference to the incident. When officers arrived, they located an adult female suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Detectives later determined that the shooting occurred near Avondale Road and Cedar Avenue, 21222. The victim was transported to an area hospital with life-threatening injuries. The suspect will be identified following a bail hearing.
