Detectives with the Baltimore County Crash Team are requesting help from the public in locating the driver who was involved in a fatal hit-and-run crash that occurred on March 22, 2024, at approximately 11:45 p.m. on Windsor Mill Road near Pine Avenue, 21244. On April 7, 2024, at approximately 11:10 a.m., 52-year-old George Ness Jr., was pronounced deceased at an area hospital. The vehicle that struck Mr. Ness Jr., is described as a 2006 to 2010 beige, Hyundai Sonata. The vehicle fled the scene traveling westbound along Windsor Mill Road towards Rolling Road. As the circumstances surrounding this fatal crash remain under investigation, detectives with the Baltimore County Crash Team are asking anyone with information about the case to please contact 410-307-2020.
