Suspect Arrested in connection with Theft Scheme

On Friday, March 15, Baltimore County detectives arrested 26-year-old Alex Rich who had multiple open warrants related to theft schemes throughout the area. Rich remains held without bond at the Baltimore County Detention Center. Currently, the Baltimore County Police Department would like to remind residents to report any suspicious individuals or activity by immediately calling 911. If possible, take note of license tag numbers, vehicle descriptions, or suspect descriptions without putting yourself at risk. If obtained, be sure to provide the information to the responding officers.
