On January 14, 2024, shortly before noon, officers from the Essex Precinct responded to the area of Old Eastern and Selig Avenues, 21221, for a reported shooting. When officers arrived on the scene, they located two 15-year-old male victims who suffered non-life-threatening injuries. Due to the victims' ages, their names will be kept confidential. As detectives with the Baltimore County Police Violent Crimes Unit investigate the circumstances surrounding this incident, detectives ask anyone with information pertinent to the case to contact 410-307-2020. Information provided by phone or online through Metro Crime Stoppers of Maryland may be eligible for a cash reward of up to $2,000.
