Discovery of Body Leads Detectives to Launch Investigation

Detectives with the Baltimore County Police Department have identified the adult male whose body was discovered on January 1, 2024, along Belair Road, 21087, as 32-year-old Jose Caceras-Santos. This case remains part of an ongoing investigation.

January 2, 2024

At approximately 8:25 a.m. on January 1, officers responded to the 10000 block of Belair Road., 21087, in reference to the discovery of a body. Once on scene, officers located a deceased adult male. Results from an autopsy are pending at this point.

Detectives are asking anyone who may have information about this crime, or the individual(s) who committed it to contact police at 410-307-2020. Callers may remain anonymous and be eligible for a reward when submitting tips through Metro Crime Stoppers.
