On Saturday, November 30, 1991, Angela Wanita Bowens was seen by a friend standing on Edmondson Avenue near Poplar Grove Street, 21223, at approximately 4:30 p.m. Later that night, two motorists who were driving past the Diamond Ridge Family Park, located in the 7500 block of Dogwood Road, 21244, observed the body of a black female lying in the parking lot. 

Police were called to the scene, where they found Angela Wanita Bowens suffering from a gunshot wound. She lived in the 2700 block of Lauretta Avenue, 21223. It's been thirty-two years since Angela's murder.
