Pedestrian Fatally Injured in Single-Vehicle Collision

November 15, 2023

Detectives with the Baltimore County Police Crash Team continue investigating the circumstances surrounding a single-vehicle collision that occurred earlier today along Rossville Boulevard near Shakerwood Road in Precinct 9-White Marsh. Officers initially responded to the scene following a reported single-vehicle collision that involved a pedestrian. Through their investigation, detectives determined the pedestrian was struck by a 2011 Mercedes Benz C300 traveling southbound on Rossville Boulevard. The 65-year-old pedestrian, Fabricio Antonio Cubias-Mejia, was crossing the roadway in an easternly direction when he was struck. Cubias-Mejia was pronounced deceased at the scene. This collision remains part of an open investigation.
