Fatal Crash Leads to Death of Pedestrian

On Wednesday, September 27, 2023, officers with the Baltimore County Police Department responded to Route 702 in reference to a pedestrian being struck by a 2011 Chevrolet Silverado. While the driver of the Silverado remained at the scene, the pedestrian, 38-year-old Candice Reihl, was transported to an area hospital where she was pronounced deceased. At this time, detectives with the Baltimore County Crash Team continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding this crash.
